This exhibition is organized by the Gujarat Postal Circle with the active support of Philatelic Associations of Gujarat to promote the hobby of Philately and give an opportunity to Philatelists to show-case their collections. 

The Organizing Committee of the exhibition is headed by the Chief Postmaster General, Gujarat Circle, Ahmedabad.

Application for Participation :

Intending participants in the Exhibition should apply in the prescribed entry form in duplicate. The entry forms are available with

The duly filled entry form along with prescribed fee 

(In shape of Demand Draft/ Bank Transfer/NEFT)

must reach any of the Philatelic Bureau or 

to the Secretary, Organizing Committee, Gujpex-2022,

O/o the Postmaster General, North Gujarat Region,

Shahibaugh, Ahmedabad – 380004 on or before 15/10/2022.

The Entry Form is also furnished along with the prospectus.

Incomplete entries or entries received after the due date will be rejected.

Entry Fee :

The entry fee for Competition Class will be Rs. 200/- per frame

(No fees for Youth & School)

Entry Fee once paid is non-refundable.
